Welcome to Raphael Counselling and Kinesiology Centre

I am an enthusiastic and motivated therapist. As a counsellor and a Kinesiologist, I have a proven track record of working with clients from all age brackets with a diverse range of issues. I genuinely find working with people very rewarding and I believe I have a high level of sensitivity to their experiences.
I completed my Advanced Diploma in Kinesiology in 2007 with the one of Europe’s foremost Kinesiology teachers Ms. Ger. Casey, at The Kinesiology College of Ireland. I became a fully accredited member of the Kinesiology Association of Ireland in 2007.
It became apparent once I started my Kinesiology practice eleven years ago, that I began to work with a lot of clients with deep-seated emotional issues. For my client’s well- being and emotional safety, I found it imperative that I go study counselling in a professional manner.
In 2012, I completed a B.A. degree in Counselling & Addictions and in 2013 I was awarded a B.A. Hons Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy at Irish College of Humanities & Applied Sciences (ICHAS), Limerick.
In 2014 I became a fully accredited member with the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists (APCP).
My Integrated Healing training began in 2008 in completing the Healing Pathways and Concepts with its Co-Founders: Ms. Mathilda Van Dyk and Mr. Nic Oliver. I am very fortunate to have studied in 2018 with Mathilda in completing Healing Mind, Body and Master Workshops 1 – 4.
I believe I have a strong work ethic and committed to employing various theoretical perspectives in group and individual settings in accordance with the remit of service and the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists (APCP) code of ethics and practice and the Kinesiology Association of Ireland (KAI).
